Macarons

Schon lange wollte ich mal versuchen, diese nette französische Süßspeise nachzubacken, und nach einem etwas missglückten Versuch, ist es mir nun halbwegs gut gelungen :)

Long time ago, I wanted to try baking this nice french desert and after one little bit failed attempt, I now managed to bake it reasonably good :)

Ich habe dazu das Rezept von dieser Seite benutzt (mit doppelter Menge) und es hat super funktioniert.

I used the recipe from this page (with double amount) and it worked greatly. For my non-german readers, here the ingredients for one portion: 45 g almond pulver, 75 g powdered suger, 1 white of egg, 10 g sugar. For the preparation you can watch the video.

Die Füllungen habe ich etwas abgewandelt. Die eine besteht aus:

100 g Rittersport Schoko-Duo

24 g Sahne

Haselnussmehl

In der zweiten Füllung sind:

50 g weiße Schokolade

1 gehäufter EL Weiße Creme

12 g Sahne

Kokosraspeln

I changed the stuffing a little bit. The first one consists of:

100 g Rittersport Schoko-Duo (mix of white and whole milk chocolate)

24 g cream

hazel-nut pulver

The ingredients of the second stuffing are:

50 g white chocolate

1 piled soup spoon White Creme

12 g cream

shredded coconut

Ein Lebenszeichen!

Endlich schaffe ich es mal wieder, hier zu schreiben. Ich hatte einfach keine Zeit mehr, besonders oft kreativ zu sein, geschweige denn, hier davon zu berichten. Wenigstens kann ich euch zwei schon etwas ältere Dinge vorstellen.

Finally, I managed it, to write again here. I just had no time, to be creative very often or to write about it at this place. At least I can present two things, which are a little bit older.

Das eine ist eine Kette, die ich mit einem Freund als Geschenk gebastelt habe. Die Idee ist nicht von mir, ich habe mich sehr stark an diesem Schmuckstück orientiert. Es hat mir jedenfalls großen Spaß gemacht, und sollte ich mal wieder Zeit finden, wird vielleicht mehr in diese Richtung folgen.

The first one is a necklace which I made with a friend as a present. The idea is not mine, I orientated it very much on this jewellery. I liked the crafting process very much, and should I find some time, maybe more similar will follow.

Das andere ist eine Haarspange, die ich schon lange fertig gestellt hatte, bis auf die Befestigung im Haar selbst. Letztens habe ich sie dann spontan vervollständigt. Sie besteht aus einer Plastik Skeletthand, Federn und Stoffblumen.

The second one is a hair clip, I was ready with long time ago; only the fixation for the hair was missing. Recently, I completed it spontaneously. It consists of a plastic skull hand, feathers and fabric flowers.
